Mascara Designs; Blue Packaging
I think that packaging is good but very simplistic and basic. I am not printing out on the proper stock until I know which designs I like the best, as a result it doesn't exactly help the designs to look professional.
- Some pointers for now over the range of designs are;
- The labels are too simplistic
- More information needed to make the packaging look real
- The abstract orientation of the body shop logo doesn't work
- Change the typeface of the product information on the back because it isn't legible when printed out
- Change the 'body shop' typeface on the front of the packaging
- Experiment with orientation - try vertical
Open publication - Free publishing - More graphic design
I think that this layout was the more successful one, it is still simple but it is more decorative and interesting to look at, also the range of colours used make it stand out more.
